We have over 50 classes to choose from per week, including Mixed Circuits, ‘Extreme’ classes and TGT’s infamous ladies only Abs and Ass class. Alongside the large choice of mixed and ladies only circuits we also hold over 11 specialist classes including Hypertrophy, Spinning, Yoga and Abs, giving plenty of variety for those that enjoy classes more than spending time within the gym.

One to One Personal training is also available, with a team of 28 trainers to choose from, all with a wide variety of knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your goals. Just get in touch and we will happily point you in the right direction!

    Best gym I've seen. Delivered a kettle with work, they gave me a free session and I ended up transferring from xercise4less. The staff are mega friendly and are always free if you need advice or a spot. The equipments in good condition and there's tons of variety. Doesn't seem to get too busy either. I've been there between 5-7 and not had to queue for a bench or machine!

    I cancelled my pervious gym after doing a 8 week transformation program which was the right kick started I needed. Now I’m a member and love the gym. The staff are welcoming and very helpful if you need advice on performing certain moves. Definitely recommend this gym to everyone.

    I've never been to a gym before and went straight in to personal training with a friend, it gave me confidence to do the classes after doing 12 weeks of pt now I'm doing 3 classes a week all the pt's are very friendly and u can ask questions even though it might sound stupid they aren't there to judge only to help ????
