We are one of the best independent Gyms in Staffordshire and, with a huge range of equipment, awesome fitness classes and a wonderful TEAM, we are happy to cater for everybody, regardless of your size, ability, age or shape.

Fully equipped Gym and fitness facilities across 20,000 sq ft divided in three different areas: Weights Hall, Cardio Hall and Separated Gym on the first floor.
Our facilities include free weights from 2.5 kgs to 80 kgs, Hammer Strength collections, Max Racks, Human Sport, Smith machines, Squat Racks, ISO, Leverage, a vast range of cardiovascular equipment comprising treadmills, cross trainers, StairMaster, rowers, steppers and bikes.
We provide Wellness services like Sunbeds, Infrared Saunas, Sports Massage, Injury Assessment and Therapeutic Massage.

Only been here a week. Equipment is in very good condition. Reasonably good fees and has a very good atmosphere think I'll like this gym very much

My fiancé and I were members of this gym for a few months during a house move, we absolutely loved it. Visited most days and we were always welcomed with a smile. All the staff and the owners are fantastic, so lovely and make you feel very comfortable. There is so much equipment that you never do the same workout twice, it’s by far the best gym we have joined. We will miss it so much! Thanks a million! X

More equipment then you can shake a stick at. I absolutely love this gym I have a PT there once a week with Jase who is also excellent. If I lived this side of the city it would be my fall time gym as it's run right by the owners that are nearly always present and look after it in the way they should. Equipment in food condition and help where needed. I just wish the drive to it wasn't such a nightmare but that's Stoke on Trent roads for you
