Our facilities range from a wide selection of free weights, to our modern cardio equipment and studio room, topping it off with specialised equipment made by the likes of Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Precor USA, not to mention many more...
With a range of flexible memberships on offer, our aim is to consistently create the best training environment possible. The gym is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, in addition to all of our equipment being maintained and regularly updated.

Great gym, banging atmosphere! Great equipment. It's like a night club when you go in, loud music which is great for a good vibe and gets you in the mood for a proper workout, really sets the tone. Lots to choose from if equipment you want is busy. Great and big cardio room and huge line of free weights. Only £5 to pay and train and lots of other gyms charging more than that. Not sure about monthly membership costs as I'm only in area every now and then.

Massive gym with some amazing equipment although it’s difficult to know how to use some of them as the instructions are in German. Only couple of negatives: 1. Equipment is all over the place making it hard to complete workouts efficiently rather than having all back equipment in one area, all leg equipment in one area etc. like other great bodybuilding gyms like monster in cheshunt. 2. Changing rooms quite small but not the end of the world. If they made it easier for trainers in the gym and reorganised the layout logically this gym would be unstoppable!

What a gym im loving the old school machines.... but especially the #NAUTILUSMACHINES ????????????????... well worth the money
