Our facilities range from a wide selection of free weights, to our modern cardio equipment and studio room, topping it off with specialised equipment made by the likes of Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Precor USA, not to mention many more...
With a range of flexible memberships on offer, our aim is to consistently create the best training environment possible. The gym is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, in addition to all of our equipment being maintained and regularly updated.

I could tell you about the awesome Nautilus machines, there is everthing here to get you fit and strong. But the real reason this gym is a treasure is the energy, aether, vibe which you can harness and flourish.❤????

The best gym I have been to. NO Excuse to be small if you live in WGC! Really cool art work, good music and the equipment is second to none.
