Our facilities range from a wide selection of free weights, to our modern cardio equipment and studio room, topping it off with specialised equipment made by the likes of Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Precor USA, not to mention many more...
With a range of flexible memberships on offer, our aim is to consistently create the best training environment possible. The gym is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, in addition to all of our equipment being maintained and regularly updated.

Fantastic!! Fantastic Machinery (Cardio and Strength), Friendly staff, People and Decent Music. What more could you really ask for. Enough room for parking at all times and never a long wait to use anything. If I could give it more stars I would!
