Our facilities range from a wide selection of free weights, to our modern cardio equipment and studio room, topping it off with specialised equipment made by the likes of Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Precor USA, not to mention many more...
With a range of flexible memberships on offer, our aim is to consistently create the best training environment possible. The gym is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, in addition to all of our equipment being maintained and regularly updated.

Top quality gym, kitted out with mostly Nautilus equipment that you would be lucky to find anywhere else. Friendly staff and a real positive atmosphere. Cannot recommend enough!

1st time at new gym, was told it was good, better than i ever expected you must check this place out! truly unbelievable. 5star helpful staff and excellent shower facilities.
