Our facilities range from a wide selection of free weights, to our modern cardio equipment and studio room, topping it off with specialised equipment made by the likes of Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Precor USA, not to mention many more...
With a range of flexible memberships on offer, our aim is to consistently create the best training environment possible. The gym is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, in addition to all of our equipment being maintained and regularly updated.

What a great gym, lots of kit and good vibe. If there was any down full it would be not a lot of space around kit but thats because there is so much there. Overall really good gym defo going back????
